We're committed to your satisfaction with our financial analysis education programs. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed for firely-pulsewave courses.

Our Approach to Refunds

At firely-pulsewave, we stand behind the quality of our financial analysis courses. But we also know that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Maybe the course isn't what you thought it would be, or your circumstances changed unexpectedly.

This policy covers all our learning programs, from introductory financial statement analysis courses to advanced valuation techniques. We've designed it to be fair for both students and our small team here in Paju-si.

1 Standard Refund Window

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
  • Must have accessed less than 25% of course materials
  • No questions asked during the first week
  • Processing takes 7 to 10 business days
  • Applies to all course purchases made after January 2025

2 Extended Considerations

  • Medical emergencies reviewed on individual basis
  • Technical issues preventing course access qualify
  • Duplicate purchases refunded immediately
  • Course cancellations by us result in automatic refund
  • Special circumstances assessed within 48 hours

How to Request a Refund

Submit Your Request

Send an email to support@firely-pulsewave.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We respond to all requests within one business day.

Request Review

Our team reviews your request against the eligibility criteria. For standard refunds within 14 days, this is usually approved automatically. Other cases might need a brief conversation.

Approval Notification

You'll receive confirmation via email once approved. This includes expected processing time based on your payment method. Access to course materials ends at this point.

Refund Processing

The refund is sent back through your original payment method. Korean bank transfers typically process within 3 business days. International cards can take up to 10 days depending on your bank.

Early Withdrawal

If you've barely started the course and realize it's not for you, that's completely fine. We get it – sometimes the course description doesn't fully capture what the actual experience will be like.

Timeline: Within first 14 days with minimal content access

Technical Problems

Platform issues on our end shouldn't cost you money. If technical problems prevent you from accessing materials or completing assignments, we'll either fix it quickly or process a refund.

Action: Document the issue and contact support immediately

Course Changes

Occasionally we update course content or structure. If changes significantly alter what you originally purchased, you have 30 days to request a refund from the update announcement date.

Payment Method Processing Times

Domestic Payments (Korea)

  • Korean Bank Transfer: 3 to 5 business days back to your account
  • Korean Credit Cards: 5 to 7 business days, may appear as credit adjustment
  • Kakao Pay / Naver Pay: Usually 2 to 4 business days

International Payments

  • International Cards: 7 to 10 business days depending on issuing bank
  • PayPal: 5 to 7 business days to your PayPal balance
  • Wire Transfer: Contact us for specific timeline based on your location

Important Limitations

Some situations don't qualify for refunds. We can't process refunds after you've completed more than 25% of the course or accessed downloadable resources like templates and spreadsheets.

Promotional or discounted enrollments follow the same refund policy as full-price purchases. Gift certificates and transferred enrollments are handled differently – contact us for specifics on those.

If you've already received a completion certificate, refunds aren't available. That certificate represents credential verification and can't be revoked once issued.
